1. About MeghaJyoti
MeghaJyoti (mohittrader.com), operated as MeghaJyoti Trading Concepts, is an educational platform offering stock-market scanners, analysis tools and learning material. By creating an account or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Educational Purpose Only — No Advice
We are NOT SEBI-registered Investment Advisors or Research Analysts. All scanners, data, videos and content are strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on this platform is a buy/sell recommendation, stock tip or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks; past performance is not indicative of future results, and we give no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or profit.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must register with a valid name, email and mobile number and verify your account through OTP. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Sharing your password or account with any other person is strictly prohibited.
4. One Account, One Device
For security, an account can be logged in on only one device at a time. Account sharing, credential sharing, simultaneous logins or access from multiple IPs may trigger a security review and can result in the account being blocked without notice.
5. Plans, Validity & Activation
MeghaJyoti offers three plans: Silver — ₹20,000 for 3 months, Gold — ₹40,000 for 6 months and Diamond — ₹60,000 for 12 months. Plan access starts on activation and runs for the stated validity period. Features and scanners available under each plan are as described on the Payments page. A seat can be locked with ₹10,000 (50% of the Silver plan); the Silver plan activates automatically when the remaining amount is paid in full.
6. Payments
Payments are accepted through the options shown on the Payments page, including UPI/QR (with screenshot confirmation on WhatsApp) and Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and credit-card EMI where offered). A plan is activated after the payment is verified. All purchases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share our scanners, data, videos or any platform content; use automated tools to scrape the platform; attempt to bypass plan restrictions, security checks or device limits; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violation may lead to immediate termination of your account without notice and without any refund.
8. Intellectual Property
The MeghaJyoti name, scanners, scanner logic, website design, videos and content are the intellectual property of MeghaJyoti Trading Concepts and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
9. Service Availability & Changes
We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Market data may be delayed or contain errors despite our best efforts. We may update features, plans or prices with reasonable notice; changes do not affect an already-active plan during its paid validity.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeghaJyoti Trading Concepts shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial losses or damages arising from the use of our educational resources, scanners or website.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms & Contact
